1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ViralReel ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ViralReel is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create short-form videos using artificial intelligence. The Service includes script generation, image generation, voiceover synthesis, video editing, and automated YouTube uploads.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must register for an account using Google OAuth to use the Service. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Different features consume different amounts of credits:

• Script generation: 1 credit
• Image generation: 1 credit per image
• Video animation: 7 credits per animated frame
• Voiceover: 1 credit per segment
• Video export: 2 credits

4.2 Subscription Plans

Subscription plans provide monthly credit allotments and additional features. Plans are billed monthly through PayPal. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless specified in your plan.

4.3 Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused credits or subscription fees, except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes to create videos for personal or commercial use.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Create illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Create deepfakes or impersonate others without consent
• Generate spam, malware, or other malicious content
• Create adult content or content targeting minors
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

6. YouTube Integration

When you connect your YouTube account, you authorize us to upload videos to your channel on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for all content uploaded to your YouTube channel
• Videos must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• We are not responsible for YouTube's actions regarding your account
• You can revoke our access at any time through Google Account settings

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content to provide the Service.

7.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models (scripts, images, voiceovers) is provided to you with full commercial usage rights. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be copyrightable under current laws.

7.3 Service Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ViralReel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRALREEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, FAL.ai, PayPal, YouTube, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any third-party services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ViralReel operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
